Contingency Planning
Due to the calibre of our manufacturing partners and well balanced sourcing policies we are adept at risk management.
Where duplication of supply is needed and possible we also enter contingency supply agreements with some of our customer partners.
Our product specifications are controlled by us so we have the ability to source to specification efficiently between our manufacturing partners.
This allows flexibility for both commercial and crisis management and gives our customers confidence in knowing they have partnered with a ‘safe’ supplier.
